15th biennial Luis Mariano International Singing Competition
7 - 10 July 2020
In july 2020 the Irun Local Council will be organising the 15th biennial “Luis Mariano” International singing Competition.
This competition is designed to promote young singers with artistic talent and value, in order to help them launch their careers in the music world.
The registration period
Until 3 june 2020
Female singers
18-32 years old in 2020
Male singers
20-35 years old in 2020
Prizes
- 1st PRIZE: € 6.000
- 2st PRIZE: € 4.500
- 3st PRIZE: € 3.000
Special judges’ prize for the best promising young singer: € 2.000
Public prize: € 2.000
Luis Mariano Prize
Awarded by the Luis Mariano Lyrical Association.
The prize consists of a contract to play a role in one of the Association’s operatic productions during one of the two forthcoming seasons.
